Working with iestateagent
We like to keep things as simple as we can, however, to ensure tenants and landlords understand their obligations to each other, ourselves and that we are complaint with our legal obligations we use some industry standard documentation including:- all lettings have a written agreement, which may differ dependant on the arrangement you have with your Landlord, whether you have exclusive occupation or share. The agreement is referred to as an AST – Assured Shorthold Tenancy. This also describes some of the charges you may incur during the course of your tenancy, our specific charges are listed on the table below.
- rent is collected by Direct Debit, you will be asked to sign a consent whilst completing our personal details form
- agreements with landlords are covered by an individual agreement “Lettings Terms of Business and Our Services”
